rate. There is also a service charge for some villas.
A minimum of 7 nights is required during the Winter Season
and 3 nights during the Summer Season.
ENTRY INTO VILLA: Some of our villas are on the market
for sale. Areana Villas reserves the right to allow the
villa to be shown. An appointment to do is made with the
Guests and every effort is made to schedule such showings
at a time convenient to the guests.
